At The Chapel at Rippon Village, we believe your wedding day should be centered on your covenant, your loved ones, and the joy of beginning your marriage together. Through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and professional coordination, we strive to create a meaningful and stress-free experience from planning through your final farewell.
Our Wedding Coordination Services are designed to provide guidance, organization, and support on your wedding day. Wedding coordination services are limited to activities occurring at The Chapel at Rippon Village during the contracted rental period.

Pre-Wedding Planning Meetings
Included with every wedding are up to three (3) complimentary planning meetings conducted by phone with your Wedding Coordinator. Each meeting is up to sixty (60) minutes.
Recommended Planning Schedule:
• 6-12 Months Prior: Vision, ceremony details, décor concepts, vendor planning, timeline and overall wedding goals.
• 3-6 Months Prior: Review timeline progress, vendor updates, guest count estimates, and outstanding action items.
• 1-2 Weeks Prior: Final confirmation of timeline, vendor arrivals, ceremony logistics, wedding party details, and final questions.
Timeline Development & Event Planning
• Creation of a wedding day timeline.
• Coordination of arrival, setup, and departure schedules for all vendors.
• Timeline updates throughout the planning process.
• Distribution of the final timeline to participating vendors.
Vendor Coordination
• Collection of vendor contact information.
• Communication of venue logistics and wedding day schedules.
• Coordination with participating vendors prior to the wedding.
• Primary point of contact for chapel-related logistics.
Ceremony Planning & Music Coordination
• Assistance with ceremony layout and guest seating plans.
• Processional and recessional planning.
• Wedding party lineup and ceremony cue management.
• Coordination of ceremony music through the chapel's wireless speaker.
• Management of guest arrival music, processional music, ceremony music, and recessional music.
• Access to the chapel's curated Spotify playlists, including instrumental, classical, contemporary, and faith-based options.
• Couples may also provide their own custom Spotify playlists.
• Sound testing and music review prior to guest arrival.
Design & Décor Guidance
• Review of inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, and vision boards.
• Guidance on chapel décor options and placement.
• Recommendations based on venue layout and aesthetics.
• Assistance with personal décor placement plans.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
• Leadership and direction of the wedding rehearsal.
• Wedding party positioning and ceremony practice.
• Review of ceremony flow and timing.
• Final questions and preparation for wedding day.
Wedding Day Coordination
• Venue readiness oversight.
• Bridal Suite and Groom's Den preparation.
• Vendor arrival coordination.
• Wedding party assistance and timeline management.
• Ceremony cueing and flow management.
• Guest assistance and venue guidance.
• Troubleshooting of minor logistical issues.
Post-Ceremony Support
• Coordination of vendor departure.
• Final walkthrough of chapel spaces.
